Rental & Renewal Procedures
The Valley Indoor Swap Meets operate on a four-week rent cycle.  All vendors must stay for the entire four weeks term, and must be open the same hours as the Swap Meet.  Renewal notices are handed out on the third week of each four-week block.

What Can You Sell
The Swap Meet is comprised of a vast collection of sellers offering a diversity of products.  We are open to most items - except: guns, pornography, and food.  We will evaluate the goods, and decide if they are in keeping with the current balance of merchandise being offered at the Swap Meet.

Licensing
All Swap Meet vendors are required to have a California State Resale Permit.  This permit is available through the California State Board of Equalization at: http://www.boe.ca.gov.
